This is the second novel for auther Rosmund Lipton - who received much acclaim (and deservedly so) for her debut novel Sister.
This is a stand alone novel and focuses on the aftermath of a fire at a school. Much to say its a convoluting plot, with lots of intertwining characters and a few red herrings. For me personally it was not as good a read as Sister but as with all literature it's entirely up to the reader to decide.
