Maeve Binchy has been one of my favorite writers for years. Her books are attractive, light hearted reads with a little history, adventure, love story and they'll occasionally tug at your heart as well. I was so sad to hear of Maeve's passing in 2012. But, what a legacy of pleasure she left behind. I'll be enjoying it for years and hope this book finds lots of new friends.
