Memory defines us. So what if you lost yours every time you went to sleep? Your name, your identity, your past, even the people you love - all forgotten overnight. And the one person you trust may only be telling you half the story. Welcome to Christine's life.
This book is fantastic! I couldn't put it down. It has some heart stopping moments - one huge one in particular. It makes you wonder and doubt, who do you believe? I've recommended it to everyone in the office and they have all bought their own copies and loved it too. I'm going to keep this for the Favourite 2012 roundabout.

This is all ready to go for the favourites roundabout. I think I'll wait until after the Christmas post though.
I got this in the post this morning and can't wait to read it :)
Thank you earthcaroleanne.
Thank you earthcaroleanne.
I loved this thriller. It kept me up, wanting to read ....'just one more page......just one more chapter.....' Utterly addictive!

Just arrived in the post today - looks really good!
I really enjoyed this book - it was a brilliant concept and a very satisfying reveal and ending! Sending onto Tubereader in Spain.
Journal Entry 9 by Tubereader at Fuente El Saz de Jarama, Madrid Spain on Tuesday, February 19, 2013
The book has arrived safely! Again, as usual, it came in the post along with another BC book, so it will take a bit for me to pick it up, but as I now have tons of time to read, it shouldn't be too long either :-)
I had not heard of this book, but given the good reviews I've seen now, I'm really looking forward to reading it!

What a great book! I started it about 24 hours ago and I have almost not been able to put it down at all!
I had not heard of it before but I am really glad to have discovered it thanks to bookcrossing and the favourite book of 2012 roundabout! The story is very sad at times, but you really want to keep going.
Will send off to Fifna soon.

Journal Entry 14 by marsala at - Ergens in de provincie, Noord-Brabant Netherlands on Saturday, March 23, 2013
Arrived safely.
Just read the blurb on the back and I'm intrigued!
Finished the book and I absolutely loved it. I'm not one for thrillers really, if it says thriller on the cover I usually don't even bother. So I'm really glad I got a chance to read it now. A real pageturner, it has great suspense, but without it being to scary.

The book arrived a few days ago but I was gone. It was nice to come home to some new books! Have not read this one and look forward to reading it. I believe this is my June book, but I will probably get to it sooner.
Good book but I wish I hadn't seen the movie "50 First Dates" a while ago. It feels like the author of this book copied some of the concepts from the movie - though she claims she didn't. All together it was a pleasant read, in the end it was a real page turner.
book mailed out to LiniP
Received the book yesterday and have already started. Looks like an interesting read. Will try to post it soon as no matter what postal service I choose it takes weeks from Germany to Belarus.
I really enjoyed this book. It kept me awake some nights. Great choice for the round-about. It will travel again tomorrow.
Released 10 yrs ago (6/27/2013 UTC) at Schwäbisch Hall, Baden-Württemberg Germany
CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
The book is off to Lamilla and will hopefully reach her early August.
Received today.
I listened to the audioversion last summer. I was fascinated by the main theme - memory loss, what could be better? For a detective story it is fine read, for a memory loss book - waste of paper and time.

This arrived earlier this week, but I only got to pick it up today from the post office. Thanks earthcaroleanne and Lamilla :) Looks interesting, I'll start it after I finish my current book.
Well I did read this book at an unexpected intensity, so even if sometimes the facts were sloppy I must say I liked it overall. The story is stitchy but it leaves you turning one page after another, which is after all what I look for in a suspense novel. I'm sure I'll forget the story after a while, but I did like the pace at which I've read it. Hope Ms Watson's next book will be (even) better. I can't say too much about the story without spoiling it, but I did find parts of it superficial and some plot twists predictable. Yet a book I'd warmly recommend if you're in the mood for its like.
Thanks for sharing, I will soon post this book to the next reader :)

On its way to the next reader
Arrived today. A thriller -well, that's an interesting change!
I have to give credit to this book for being a real page-turner that kept me up a whole night I wasn't so interested in sleeping...
It was generally well written, with a good pace, but in the end there was not that much into it. I found it predictable, perhaps intentionally since it gave you a few pretty clear hints. Or maybe I've been reading too many mysteries. I think I agree more with lamelemon's thoughts, though I'd push it a bit further. The best way I can decribe it is like an action film full of suspence that runs enjoyably, keeping me at the edge of my seat. But once it's over I'll easily forget it and probably never watch (or in this case read) again because the story is too unrealistic and the characters too shallow for me to really care. It didn't help that the story suggested that in a way it was the heroine's fault for what happened to her. But I have to say that it was an interesting change of style in the roundabout.
Icila informed me that she has already read the book, so I'll send her the BCID to share her thoughts on it. It seems then that this book has successfully completed its journey! Thank you for sharing earthcaroleanne, please let me know what you would like me to do with it.
