Brilliant, hilarious book about how to start running, get fit, eat less. Imperative to find your inner "grit doctor", stop whinging and just get on with it. Ruth field is like a bossy big sister, but has some great advice.

3 to 4 runs a week, of between 3-5 miles
eat less crap
drink more water

feel inspired to start running again...
