Even though I am the least like a catperson you will ever find, I did enjoy this sweet little story.

Just received today in the mail - thank you so much cestmoi! I am very much looking forward to reading this book!

This book was okay ... I enjoyed the cat parts in particular, but I don't think the plugs for "save the seals" and PETA added anything to the book in the least. If anything, they turned me off the book somewhat. However, Amory's insights into the mind of Polar Bear are reminiscent of all cats I've known, and I'd have to say that Polar Bear saved the book just by being such a...well...a CAT!

I let my aunt read this while on vacation (she's a cat-owned person too) and she really enjoyed it - although she told me she skipped over some of the blah-blah-blah as well.

I don't know what I'll do with this one yet. If someone's interested, PM me.

I gave this one to my mom -- hoping that she'll actually get on here and update her bookshelf!!
