As an opposer of WalMart, I really enjoyed this book. I bought it specifically because Walmart was coming to my city. Unfortunately, I was a little to late to stop it. But I can proudly say, I have never set foot in Prince George's Walmart. This edition is from 2000, so its a little outdated but still contains some very pertinent information. It is also very American focused which makes it a bit difficult to refer to in a Canadian setting because things are run a bit differently. The author is obviously not a Walmart fan so you can expect some very biased writing but there are several great web sites listed that provide current, corroborative information.
