When reading this book, you truly do feel as if Lucy, the narrator, is sitting across rom you telling the story. She is a believable and entertaining character whose southern witicisms will truly make the reader laugh out loud (I don't do this often). The only negative thing that I can say about this book is that there are some "dry" periods that I had to just skip over. Otherwise, great book!
