This was a surprising read.
I've heard of the movie a few years back but never saw it and now I'm really curious to do so.
The way the story is told is really alluring to the reader, you just get deeper and deeper into it without even realizing, until you just can't stop reading.
There are few surprises or plot twists and the story itself is very simple but the narrator makes it interesting in the way she details what happened and reveals herself as a character too.
A fast but good read that I recommend.
