! The Queen of the Damned BOOK RING [international]
4 journalers for this copy...
The third in Anne rice's famous Vampire Chronicles, exquisite if you like purple prose and intricately laced descriptions of a setting inextricably linked to the goth movement, and an inspiration to vampire fans the world over.
I really like Anne Rice, because it's easy to lose yourself in her languid, velvety worlds with their heavy scents and charismatic inhabitants.
TO BE MADE AVAILABLE IN A BOOKRING FOR THE SET OF THE FIRST THREE NOVELS.
Fflloorr [Portugal]
Needmorezoloft [US]
tsmith51632 [US]

Please journal when you receive them, so I know they've got to you safely. Then journal as you go along, if you fancy it - I'm always curious what people think of books I've enjoyed [Now THERE'S a surprise ...]
If you won;t get around to reading them for a while, please make a quick journal entry to let the rest of the 'Ringers' know.
Lastly, I hope you enjoy them!
This Bookring is kicking off today, with all three novels beig posted to Flor, in Portugal.

When I was asked if I wanted to be sent these books, I said yes. I was NEVER told it was a ring/ray. I’m going to send them on, I’ve already asked tsmith51632 for their address. I will find other copies of the books to read instead of holding up the ring/ray.
Sent msg to tsmith51632 for addy. I thought I had already, but guess I didn't.
7/21/04:Tried to get a hold of tsmith51632 several times, but I can't get a response. I know the PMs are messing up a bit here and there, but I've been trying for over a month. I PM'd the ower/starter of the ring to find out if I should skip tsmith51632.

Received these books as part of a bookring a couple of weeks ago (Sorry, I always forget to journal these things). I've tried to get into them, but I just can't. I dunno. The writing bothers me. So, I will contact the next person and send them on their merry way.
