The very first book in the Discworld series, in which we make the acquaintance of a Wizzard named Rincewind and a very strange piece of luggage...
Not the best Discworld book, but it's the first, and therefore well worth a read.

This one is going in ffyrestarr's bookbox.
From ffyrestarr's SFF book Box. I haven't read this one.
The colour of magic is octarine. Rincewind is coerced into being a guide to the first tourist ever to visit Ankh-Morpork. A quick read, so it's going to go back into the SFF book box.
never really had the motivation to read pratchett, but since this is the first discworld book and i have friends who say he's very good, i'll give it a go.
hmmmm, well keeps you interested....
not exactly very deep but good ideas funny, light read.
i wouldn't collect these, but i'll no longer avoid them in the library...
