Journal Entry 1 by lydoula from Athens - Αθήνα, Attica Greece on Saturday, February 4, 2012
I've read a lot of critics for this book. Some said that John Verdon is the next Agatha Cristie and some that he will never be so good as hers. Because of that, I decided to read it and decide myself in which side it belongs.

From the back of the book:
Your choice. Your life. Your death.
The disturbing letters end with a simple declaration: "Think of any number...picture it... now see how well i know your secrets."
All those who comply find that the letter writer had predicted their choice exactly.
And then the killings begin.
Brought in as an investigative consultant to the murdes, former homicide cop Dave Gurney soon accomplices deductive breakthrouths that leave local police in awe, but that may not be enough to keep the unimaginable from happening.
