This is a typical “self-help” book, which helps one to get to know oneself, find one’s “inner presence,” know what is important, etc. It is hard to take too seriously though and not too convincing about death: going peacefully back to where we came from. It was an Oprah book club book and 4 stars from Amazon. It’s a good book, but mostly common sense for me. People love it, so worth reading if you are "searching for yourself".
