This is the second themed anthology from www.NHPulpFiction.com (which seems to redirect to www.livefreeorundead.com); I first encountered this "local stories by local authors" series via the first book, the very good horror anthology Live Free or Undead. I ordered this book from the www.nhbooksellers.com site; as the cover-art might suggest, the theme here is crime fiction.
The collection includes stories set in different NH towns, featuring criminals from drug dealers to arsonists to killers. I enjoyed seeing stories unfold in areas I know well, though given the subject matter I wouldn't be eager to meet some of these characters!
