I'm a devoted fan, and the premise of this book: a child of revolutionaries so enmeshed in her parent's life, she can not live her own life, sounded interesting. Unfortunately, I did not believe the story was developed as well as it could have been. I felt the author was barely interested in the story, and frankly, this came through as I read along and I could barely make it to the end. I guess even great writers have to have an off day.

Off to San Diego with my sister on a concert weekend......
