This was an interesting book. It definitely makes me want to read some nonfiction about Australia.

It was a little more "New Age-y" than my usual taste in books.

I like this title, but after reading a page, I'm not sure if I'll like this book or not. However, I will be sorry if I pass on it now, so what the hey. Nothing ventured, nothing gained...

I had problems with this from the get-go. How can any person alive be so stupid as to just get into a car with a total stranger and not know the details of where they are going, for how long, and all the rest? How can they just stand by and watch as all of their things are tossed into a fire? Haven't they ever heard the word HELP?

There is controvery about this book. Is it fiction? Is it not?

I think it doesn't matter. The narrator comes off as so stupid, I'm surprised she is smart enough to take a breath.

I read this book years ago, and don't remember a whole lot about it, but I did enjoy it well enough at the time.

I accepted this copy on BookRelay, for Spikesmom to release . . . hopefully it will find its way into the hands of someone who will enjoy it! :-)
