I made my second trip to The Book Thing of Baltimore recently and this one of the books I brought back. I read this to my cat when I got home and she agreed with all of the lessons in there, including that napping is underrated and that it is okay to bite the hand that feeds you. Actually some great little reminders on life philosophy in among the humor and the fabulous cartoons. Will work up the courage to part with it (and probably read it a dozen times more first) and will be adding it to the cat-themed book box MaryZee has promised to do in the spring.

A fabulous sampling of feline wisdom! Adding this to Mary Zee's Cat Book Box.
I passed my own copy of the same book last year, so time to laugh at the wisdoms again...
One of my all time favorite little kitty wisdom books, and perfect to enjoy it again every now and then. And the graphics are justdivine feline. Just cute, happy kitty wisdom that just makes the day sometimes.
I will leave it in the kitty books box to find some new readers for it - meow :)

This came home in my Cat bookbox today. If memory serves, this may be the very first book I ever read on a bookring (way back in 2003), in the early days. Will hold onto this for a bit, and may re-read. Thanks for sharing 6of8!
Sadly, MaryZee passed suddenly in September 2012. MaryZee's daughter is now ready to rehome her mom's books and I was willing to collect and redistribute them to keep her literary legacy alive.

Arrived home with the other Animals!! Ahh....MaryZee, she will be missed. I participated in many of her bookboxes (the Biography of Things is still making the rounds on occasion in her honor). I will likely take a look at this little gem of a book (my own kitten passed away last year, she was 21) before sending it on again.
A silly little book, with cute illustrations, that made me miss my kitten-cat quite a bit.
