This book opened my mind to the way trends and epidemics work. Through the use of many case studies and interviews, Gladwell presents his ideas in a straightforward way that unravels the mysteries of why things "tip". I really enjoyed the various cases, from the success of Hush Puppies to the crime rate in New York City.
