Nature Crafts: Seasonal Projects from Natural Materials
3 journalers for this copy...
Here is a book for the crafter who likes to use what mother Nature provides. It shows how to make crafts from nature for all seasons, such as dried flowers and herbs, vine-wrapped vases, a pumpkin totem pole, a pine needle basket, ice panels and many more fun to make projects.
I got this off the bookrelay site. Promised to birdee when I am finished with it!
Organized by season, this book has advanced projects (willow table, gourd thumb piano) and some very nice ideas on working with shells, dried herbs, and cornhusks. I liked the potpourri recipe as well. This definitely isn't the do-with-your-kids, pressed Autumn leaves type of craft book, so there's not a lot here that I would actually attempt. It was fun to read through, though!
Sending this off to birdee, who has waited patiently for it. Enjoy!

Mailed to birdee today.
Received in the mail/ Hardback/ Will be doing some of these crafts which will be great for this winter to do. Made copys of the things we will be doing so this book is available for others who like it and great for kids too.
I can see that this will be lots of fun to do, and some as gifts too.
Thank You Guinneth
