A mighty book reserved for Yorkshire Day Exchange.
Happy Yorkshire Day Exchange!! A bit late, I know but the mail here in Portugal is so very sloooow... So, as you might know (and I'll have to confess I didn't), Whitby Abbey (in Yorkshire) inspired the Irish writer Bram Stoker to create the spooky setting for his book Dracula when he stayed in the fishing town in 1897. I loved this one, and I hope you haven't read it yet.
Enjoy! :D
Enjoy! :D
Wow, thanks! No, I have never read this book although, obviously, I'm familiar with the story. And I've even been to Whitby :)
