A friend of mine recomended this book to me. I am very glad I have read it as I know why she does things. Most of this book I found very interesting (although Step 3 I found a bit alarming). I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that I already carry out some of the addvice in this book. I will definatly try my best to incorporate ideas from this book to enhance my life. I am very interested to read more by this author. I think I will try and get my Mum a copy too.
