Das Buch hat mein Freund mal geschenkt bekomme und da er es inzwischen durchgelesen hat, liegt es nun hier rum und wird von mir völlig ignoriert, da es in Englisch ist.
Dieses Buch wird mit meiner ersten eigenen Bücher-Box Phantastische Geschichten auf die Reise gehen. Ich bin ja so aufgeregt, was das Buch noch so alles erleben wird.

I read this book for the Bergabbau Challenge 2016 in August.
Though it is a classic, I've never heard of this series before. I really enjoied reading and as I went on and on I got more and more drawn into the story. Severian is an interesting chatacter as he is more of an anti-hero, but he (as many of the other pro- and antagonists) stayed a little flat to me. No dephths.
Nevertheless I am interested in his ongoing journey. Fortunately, I got the other two parts of the series back when I took this book out of the box, so I can got on reading now.
