I love the dog in the doodle, and the bone-detail outlines.
And here's a delightful post from EPBOT about Halloween costumes, with some really wonderful examples. Someone dressed up as a Sexy Halloween Costume - still in its package. There are mashups of all kinds, beautifully executed. And perhaps my favorite is the little girl who dressed up as her favorite astronaut, Chris Hadfield - complete with mustache and tiny guitar!
Makes me remember one of the last active trick-or-treat Halloweens I experienced - I'd made a Jell-O brain (the mold was of a lifesize, highly-detailed brain, and included a recipe for opaque, tissue-looking Jell-O) and presented it on a platter to the trick-or-treaters. With actual candy bars on the side, of course.
