Morning! :)

I sent a PM to another user this morning, offering them a book I have that featured on their wishlist. I didn’t tick the box for a duplicate to be sent to me.

However, this message has ended up in my email inbox, saying it’s from an entirely unrelated user, and links me to their profile to respond.

Are we able to check if the intended recipient received the message at all, and if so, if it is showing as from me?


I would send the message again and click the tick box for a copy.

If the same thing happens contact support to check your account is set correctly and also ask the question regarding checking PM's to make doubly sure the technical team can't help with that one.

Hopefully it was a strange glitch and your next PM will work perfectly :-)
