We, at the Dutch Forum, were having a rally to see who would be the person to meet that number, but with Bookcrossers all over the world it did not spring up in The Netherlands
So we are curieus to see where it did and who registered it.
Please let us know?

Congrats on bagging a great Turning Of The Numbers! (I mentioned this in another thread, but perhaps consider adding a note to that label to indicate how many zeroes there are, for the benefit of the finder {wry grin}.)

It was part of a batch of pre-numbered labels generated by hippolein in Helsinki, Finland https://www.bookcrossing.com/---/hippolein/

It does not appear to have been used to register a book yet. According to hippolein's post in this thread, it will be used soon.
