Complete Thread
***With JPix's blessings for help to start a new thread (see last post in the Original Game Thread http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/29/497893), I copied this text from that old thread that has now been closed:

This is inspired by TheRealMerida's 10-Word Story game and by a game I used to play with my brother.

The idea is to make a story by each of us posting a 10 word passage from a random page of a book. It can be any book, not necessarily the one you're currently reading. Just try to find something on the random page that more or less flows on from the last part of the story. It can be funny, silly, weird etc, as long as it makes sense as a continuation of the last sentence. You can keep using the same book or use a different one each time, whatever you like.

I expect games like this have already been in the Fun and Games forum, but I couldn't see any recent ones.

Here's how to post:
Subject: your 10 words
Message: Book Title and Author, so we know where it came from

Please put all 10 of your words in the subject, then the whole story can be read easily.

Let's see how it goes!

Edit: Please use Latest First view when looking at the thread, to make sure you're following on from the latest post. Thanks!

***I'm beginning this new thread with the last quote posted in the old thread...

FABulous book that caught my eye at the Library a few weeks ago, and I am just now getting a chance to peek through it. WHO KNEW the Cake Boss had such a mouth watering collection of his family's Italian recipes to share, including secret dishes from his Grandmother!!! It's the 13th, and I sure hope this book that's due on the 17th isn't on hold for someone else, so I can renew it!!! I HIGHly recommend it!!! : D
