Nicholas Nickleby by Charles Dickens 1001 [806 pages]

loved this book with its many characters and rich language

I have a few of these books that I want to read this year. Making this challenge will prompt me to get around to doing so. It might also prompt you to read some of those door stoppers laying around the house.

If so, list here through the end of the year. Just the title, author and # of pages is fine. I think I can manage to have a small prize at the end of the year for:

1 - the most books read
2 - the longest book read

Thanks for trying out this challenge. It runs from April 1st through December 31st.

I will be back with my list. Thanks for the prompt :)

Hmmmm...I'll join in, T02S03B11D20...THANKS for the MOtiVAtion!!! : D
I've been trying to read from the list of 1001 Books To Read Before You Die, so I think I may have a few...let me check and see!!! ; )

I guess I was confused as you have it in the Release Challenge forum instead of the Book Talk forum where the reading challenges usually are. Thanks.

The Twenty Three by Linwood Barclay = 622 pages.

over on librarything shows I have ~30 books that are 512 - 780 pages long.

I'm not sure how many will get read in 2017, as I double them up with other reading challenges. At least 3 are Canadian Authors, so those are likely.

The Fireman by Joe Hill = 747 pages.

year?

Jump in any time.

Most are just under 500 pages!
