Got it for Christmas and enjoyed most of it thoroughly, especially the first part. Made me think of Sheldon Cooper quite often. The main aim of this book is to entertain and tickle your funny bone, so don't take it too seriously ;)
Don Tillman, professor of genetics and most likely "suffering" from a form of Asperger's, is convinced that his social awkwardness and small number of friends indicates that he is menat to remain alone. Yet he must concede to the statistical probability that there is someone for everyone, and he embarks upon The Wife Project. In the orderly, evidence-based manner with which he approaches all things, Don sets out to find the perfect partner. She will be punctual and logical—most definitely not a barmaid, a smoker, a drinker, or a late-arriver.
