I've heard other Bookcrossers talk about Little Free Libraries. What exactly are they?

https://littlefreelibrary.org/

I don't have one, but like to release books in them when I come across one.

Some BookCrossers who are lucky enough to be able to have their own, combine them with BookCrossing, and sometimes even make them into an OBCZ (Official BookCrossing Zone.)

Thanks!
Thank you so much! :)

I forgot to say, there's a map on LFL site (that I personally find hard to use) so you can look up LFLs in an area where you might be heading. I did use it successfully when I took books with me on a trip in December. I didn't know any good release spots in that area so looked up LFLs ahead of time in a few towns I knew I'd be visiting and was able to find and release in several of them.

Thanks again! :)

I just started a brand new Little Free Library! Here is our Facebook page:

Very nice!

Thank you for this thread. I have a Little Free Library and I was wondering if I could make it an OBCZ. http://www.facebook.com/16thAvenueLittleFreeLibrary or Instagram @16thAvenueLittleFreeLibrary
