I have one. For the most part I don't like the way foods turn out. I've used it to make jambalaya, which is really good, and when I make pulled pork, also very good. Other than that I rarely use it.

I made a tomato and pasta meal with a little bacon, onion, green pepper, and several different seasonings. I used penne pasta and sprinkled fresh Parmesan cheese on top. We had it with left over ham and Brussel sprouts.

Yes, here in the states we only see it around Easter, and I have to say it is nothing like you have in Australia. It was so delicious there. Here it is barely edible after tasting Australian lamb.

We do have rock lobsters here in Florida. The only edible part is the tail. I’ve never eaten any because in my opinion nothing beats the lobster from the northeast.

Cottage pie is about the same as shepherds pie, but cottage pie is made with ground beef and shepherds pie is made with lamb stew. I prefer shepherds pie if I can find lamb.
