See the post in Announcements for information on why the site was so slow, but as of 12:30 AM PST Ardik and I got it back up to speed.
Ardik and I just finished, site speed is back up now. We are brainstorming on long term fix to be able to stop these programmatically, but that will take some time. For now, it's working much faster!

I've made 2 patches to search in the last 14 or so hours, let me know if it is getting closer to normal.

Quick update on bug status:
I just posted fixes to the forums including lead thread visible again, edit/delete lead thread, changing forum view, topic list, and a few other pieces of general clean up I can't remember of…
Permanent fix on the way in the next few minutes.
Forum has my full attention this evening, last major bug set on my list.
