I have columns for Title, Author, Genre, BCID, Status and Date Read
After reading in this forum I have started adding hyperlinks to the journal entries. Should make it easier to track books too.

What significance is there to the different prefix numbers? I thought perhaps they might be assigned for different catagories but this wouldn't work for batch numbers assigned.
