I have not paid and haven't seen any indication of actual "support." Which makes me wonder: If I'm a premium member, will I get any? Are there two distinct levels?

I just tried using the form again with a slightly re-worded subj line and text...same bounce is still happening. I'll try the support@ address manually to see what happens.

I just sent in a request to change our username and it bounced back as spam. Is there another contact option besides US mail?
