You can:
- Buy a months worth for $5
- Recieve a months worth by spending $30 on other supplies

Releases at that hospital are still wild releases.
They are releases where you have no idea who is going to get the book

While I like being able to get them printed with the BCIDs, I like the official design more. Which wouldn't be a problem, if pre-numbers weren't buggy at the moment.
