Annual BookCrossing Convention: Celebrating 10 Years
The Annual BookCrossing Convention returns to the United States in 2011 and will be held in its capital city, Washington, D.C. Join us on the weekend of April 15-17, 2011 when hundreds of BookCrossers will descend upon the Washington, D.C. area to joyfully
celebrate BookCrossing's 10th year anniversary. Themed games, speakers, an amazing raffle, and outings to museums, the largest library of the world, one of the most historic towns in America, Civil War battlefields, the National Zoo, and a center chock full
of free books will be some of the attractions to delight all attendees. With so much to see and do, it will be difficult to pick and choose between the fun opportunities.
Check out the BC in DC website to get other Convention details (including registration forms, schedules and hotel information), join the discussion forum, download free convention labels, and subscribe to the Convention
blog. Don't forget to check out the website every Wednesday for a new installment in our Adventure Series showcasing many different area attractions you might see during the Convention. Register now.
