law, jurisprudence, land use planning, and legal ethics. I am married and have two children. I am jesuit educated and do jurisprudence in the tradition of theh critical realism of jesuit philosopher Bernard Lonergan. I am a member of the Catholic Commission on Intellectual and Cultural Affairs, The Society of Christian Ethics, and the Supreme Court Bar of the United States. I enjoy trout fishing, listening to music, walking, and reading in my spare time. As a reader, I enjoy espionage and science fiction novels most. I also enjoy reading philosophy, theology, history,
