BOOKRINGS

I try to arrange the reading order so no one has to send the book from one end of the country to the other. Yes, this is incredibly anal. Yes, I'm sure most people probably do first come, first served. But a lot of people express concerns about their mailing costs and hopefully this way, everyone will pay ROUGHLY the same amount.
