Recent Book Activity

I've always been an avid reader, but have had less time as life gets in the way. I still try to read a new book several times a year, and revel in conversations that lead to good book reccomendations.

I have only been a member for a few months but I love Bookcrossing.com because it allows me to share books with people that would otherwise collect dust on my shelves or eventunally end up stuck in a box in the garage or (gasp!) even the trash. It gives me hope that someone, somewhere, might enjoy a few hours of joy and imagination as I have.

My bookshelf does not necessarily reflect my taste in reading, as I have become a repository for hand-me-down books, that I, in turn register and pass along. I am happy to share almost any book on my shelf, so if you see something you'd like, please just ask.
