Extended Profile
That co-op extension sure does make for a surplus of 'did we just grab this because it was there?' by the middle of the year. And yet we're slow to release...
Mike - Degrees in English and History. Phd Student. Teaches American history. Strong science fiction leanings but will often read anything at all, advisers permitting. Averages 2-4 books a week, occasionally reviewed on LJ. Also writes games, stories and poetry. Originally from Canada, the land of very nice used bookstores.
Lora - Degree in Anthropology. Will consider reading just about anything if she's got 4 hours to spare (must finish in one sitting!) Very hard to do with a busy life. Kid lit and fluff seems to fit the bill.
Child has been caught reading very short things, as well as writing and illustrating her own books.
Favorite Authors - Lois McMaster-Bujold, Garth Nix, Connie Willis, Charles De Lint, Jasper Fforde and many others
