"Those who aspire to the status of cultured individuals visit bookstores with trepidation, overwhelmed by the immensity of all they have not read. They buy something that they've been told is good, make an unsuccessful attempt to read it, and when they
have accumulated half a dozen unread books, feel so bad that they are afraid to buy more. "In contrast, the truly cultured are capable of owning thousands of unread books without losing their composure or their desire for more." ~SO MANY BOOKS/ Reading and
Publishing in an Age of Abundance by Gabriel Zaid
Here's my priority for reading from the TBR mountain;
1.) Bookclub selections so I can participate in the monthly meetings. 2.) Bookrings/rays so I am fair to the other partipants. 3.) Alternating between books I registered and those received from other BCer.
Some books in my available pile are listed with PaperbackSwap.com; I am happy to TRADE through that site or outside the site. Please don't ASK for a RABCK. Books for pending trades are in reserved.
My address is listed on www.RABCK.com
