Hiya,
After hearing about bookcrossing on the radio several years ago I couldn't wait to join.
I had a bit of a slow start but one day I was suddenly bit by the bookcrossing bug and now I find I am addicted.
The best thing about bookcrossing for me is not only the releasing books into the wild part, but the fact that it has got my husband into reading!
Before bookcrossing he had read two books his whole life. He was really interested in the stealth missions to release books and gradually he found that the only way he could write reviews on books was if he actually read them. It now makes it exciting for him if he wants to try hunting for a book as he can chase after one he wants to read.
I enjoyed taking part in my first ever challenges, the "you're such an animal" challenge and the Agatha Christie challenge. I got good results from my Agatha Christie books so I am very pleased with that.
Whenever possible I like to take a photo of my releases but sometimes it's too busy and I don't have the nerve. If I can think of a good theme I will try to do that too.
If you have found one of my books and you are joining the site you can say that I referred you.
Hope the books I leave are enjoyed by many and happy reading!
