Recent Book Activity

I'm into birds. Really into birds.

I manage a wild bird store, organize and lead birding trips, give education programs for the University of Minnesota's Raptor Center with live birds, and do birding segments on the KARE 11 Today Show on our NBC affliate. Basically, if it's bird related I try to do it. I like the idea of book crossing because it reminds me of bird banding--you tag it and then release it into the wild.

I very rarely read books that aren't bird reference books so I'm using this as an incentive to read more fiction.
