I think it was Mae West (though I'm old so I'm probly wrong) who said "so many men, so little time!" . . . my version would read "so many books, so little time!!" . . . *laughing*

bookcrossings is a great idea!! the kind of thing that makes me simultaneously say "WOW!" and "why didn't I think of that?"

books have always been a passion . . . reading them, owning them, but also sharing them . . . nothing pleases a book lover more than to be able to turn someone else on to a book you particularly love . . . and I'm no exception . . . thanks for this great site . . .

I have (as do most of us here, I'm sure) an ever growing pile of books that are "waiting to be read" and though I keep promising not to add to it till I've got through it, the lure of something new, different, well loved or just plain interesting is way too strong to fight . . . I love to spend hours browsing book stores . . . places like Chapters and Indigo are like home to me . . . AND you can get coffee!!! but just as welcoming and inviting are the small, out of the way "used" book shops that are a gold mine waiting to be discovered . . . lots of treasures have "followed me home" from places like that!!!

oh yeah . . . soon as I'm finished this next chapter, I'll start registering and releasing . . . *laughing*
