Recent Book Activity

I have always loved reading but have only recently gotten back into reading for pleasure after seven years at university combined with caring for young children left me with very little time for reading anything but textbooks!

My taste in books has changed a lot over those years, and as such I am now willing to try reading any book, so I don't really have a list of favourite authors. Please don't look at my bookshelf for an indication of my reading preferences - I have been given most of these books by other people specifically for release, so it's not a reflection of my personal taste. I also have books that have been picked up for my husband and children.

I generally don't participate in bookrings/rays as sometimes other commitments mean I can't get through the book in the gven time frame. I love receiving books from other bookcrossers, and they will definitely be journalled - it may just be a while before they move on again. Books I receive from other bookcrossers I almost always pass on at meetups, to continue them on their journey!
