Recent Book Activity

I LOVE to read, and I love the opportunity to share my books through bookcrossing. I hope that Hartford area bookcrossers can SOMEDAY SOON get together for a MEETUP! I have been to MEETUPs in Florence (Italy) and Washington DC, and they were a lot of fun. I have also met individual bookcrossers through this website. These meetings have introduced me to authors and books previously unknown to me, giving me many more hours of pleasurable reading!

Finding appropriate spots to release books and finding released books continue to be challenging! For this reason, I have taken books with me on my travels (and sent them with traveling relatives and friends). As a traveler, I always seem to run out of reading material, and I have often found discarded books in hotels.
