I am a true bibliophile. If it has pages and a cover, then I will probably read it. Hi, my name is Rhianna and I am a devotee of Calliope.

Reading is a passion and not just an indulgence for me. I was a History and Education double major in college and I had hoped my passion for learning and for the written word would be impressed upon my students. Unfortunately, it was not my destiny to remain a teacher.

Today, I am an IT consultant with a penchant for putting words to anything that stays in one place too long. I once wrote a few lines of a poem on my husband's arm. He's so tolerant and was so amused he just did not know how to react.

Finding this site was like finding a little piece of heaven. I love this idea.

I read nearly every genre, except most biographies. I've never been enamored of westerns either, but one never knows! I surprised myself by picking up a Robert Ludlum book one day and have enjoyed spy thrillers and technothrillers thereafter. My favorite genres are science fiction and fantasy. I love the idea that in books as in no where else, all things are possible.
