Hi I'm into: travel books especially american "road" journeys, journals and bios, also modern European fiction. Like french fiction, surrealism, cookery, theatre, all sorts of poetry! World cinema.

Favourite Authors: William Leat Heat-Moon, Peter Matthiessen, Marguerite Duras, Samuel Beckett

Like: Walking in the countryside, train rides, writing, reading group, live music, open air concerts and just poking around in London along the thames and in the free museums - oh an Paris!!

Not into: Dan Brown, pulp fiction, horror movies and films, soap operas and smokey pubs.
