Extended Profile
Been busy, not here for ages... a friend request brought me back (thank you!) not sure how I lost the others! ... first e-mail I've seen from here in ages. I am an undergrad student at Concordia since 2011, part-time. Print Media; Intaglio (etching) my
favourite medium.
Since last summer I have discovered and read all of Louise Penny's mystery series. Well, actually, I read them all last summer, and re-read a few since. All set in our province... I can picture the places. The characters are friends. New book coming out in August 2015. I will post them all when I have a chance.
Books I do not have but recommend;
"Kingfisher Days" by Susan Coyne (ISBN 0-679-31241-2)
"Stet" by Diana Athill
Wish to borrow or trade for
"The Writer's Home Companion" by James Charlton & Lisbeth Mark
"Duchess of Bloomsbury Street" by Helene Hanff
-----------
I studied commercial art before computers were an integral part of design, for the past decade I have counted myself lucky to be working as a graphic designer for a small, independent publisher near Montreal, called Shoreline. So many great books!
...To carry a world in your pocket...
