I have been married to the same guy for 30 years. We have a litter of 2 sons and 3 grandkids.

I've been interested in naturopathic health and healing and have been involved in that in one
form or other all my life.

I am a dog lover, book lover and have recently started oil painting with much help from my personal
art instructor. LOVE IT!

I enjoy almost any kind of book - health, mystery, romance, biographies, informational - its all good.
I must say when I start reading a book, not much else gets done around me. And when I am done
my book, I feel like my friend is gone. what's with that?
