I'm a fanatical lover of books, but somedays aren't long enough to find the time to read! just where does the day go?
Working full time I endeavor to a botique personnel company specialising in the shipping industry - it seems that the sea gets into the blood whether you're a land lubber or a seafarer.

My husband is an artist and our son is studying for his PhD at Jesus College, Oxford. I don't think he'll return to live in Australia, his sojourn to England seems pretty permanent.
Snowy is the "baby" a 3 y.o. Maltese bichon cross.

Walking the dog and yoga are some of my leisure pursuits although i love cooking and we regularly feed a crowded table of friends...as our Italian friend so vigourly spouts "good food, good wine..."

Melbourne is a fabulous city, easy going with masses of things to do - but best of all lots of cafes/bars where you can chill out at the weekend. The weather is varied but much more liveable than the northern hemisphere - having said that we sat through 40 degrees heat for 3 straight days recently whilst taking time out on the Murray River - we had many a deck drenching and at some point found that cold wet towels wrapped around the head were very cooling (but not such a good look)!
