Extended Profile
Reading has been a passion of mine since I was 5 years old. I love this site and I have meet some wonderful people here.
My name is Conni Neiswinger (AKA Book Goddess) my 4 children are all grown and on their own. I have wonderful grandchildren! I like to crochet, and I love to read and cook.
I read a lot of non-fiction, Gardening, Christian, Spirituality, Wicca/Pagan, Homekeeping, etc. I love really good fiction, if I get to page 50 or so and I don't like it, I'm done. On my shelf are a lot of cozy mysteries, I went through a phase with those a few years ago, sometimes I still read one every now and then.
Here is a list of some of my favorite books, in no particular order. These are not for trade, nor will they be released any time soon, (if ever!) I just thought I would list a few of my most favorite books that I just can't part with!
"A Home for the Soul" by Anthony Lawlor, "Spirit of the Home" by Jane Alexander, "Altars" by Denise Linn, "House Magic" by Ariana, "Secrets of Sacred Space" by Chuck Pettis, "Sweeping Changes" by Gary Thorp, "Gardening With Stone" by Jan Whitner, "Go Native" by Carolyn Harstad, "Spiritual Gardening" by Peg Streep, "An Incomplete Education" by Judy Jones & William Wilson, "The New Lifetime Reading Plan" by Clifton Fadiman & John Major, "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz.
